One dress, eight children/Jedna sukienka, ośmioro dzieci

There is a politician in my country who said that woman is good only to look after children and idiots. He also believes that woman shouldn't be working; it's a man's trade, as "mouse is very little and elephant is big." For sure there is a lot of prejudice between two sexes. "Man should never listen to a woman”.

Soon after the second wife started becoming pregnant, and so she did every year. Blessed with so many children, the family had become extremely poor. The mother had only one dress - while pregnant, her huge belly was lifting it up in the front... I discovered a very similar story on Mail Online.

"A jobless couple are demanding a new four-bedroom council house (…). Mrs Flisher claims she cannot help getting pregnant and says they have needed a bigger home ever since they started their family eight years ago." The face of the poverty is always the same. And being poor with a lot of children it is often a real curse.

Niedługo potem druga żona zaczęła zachodzić w ciążę; czyniła to rokrocznie.

Oblicze ubóstwa jest zawsze takie same; bycie biednym i posiadanie wielu dzieci to często prawdziwe przekleństwo.
